Unaccompanied children older than 3 months and under 5 years of age may be accepted only if a personalized support is provided by an additional flight attendant throughout the flight.
This service requires an advance booking up to a maximum of 72 hours before the estimated departure and upon payment of a surcharge equivalent to an adult fare.
An adult fare will also be charged to unaccompanied babies or children.
In case this service is cancelled during the last 72 hours before the estimated departure, the surcharge might not be refunded.
At the time of booking, identification and contact information of the adult that will meet the child at the destination airport must be provided. In case of stopover, the inexistence of an escort previously designated to accompany the child at the intermediate airport implies boarding refusal.
