Can I change the ticket?

Once the ticket is issued, the flight date and time can be changed before departure of the flight, subject to exchange rules of purchased Flight Pass. Change of ticket must be done via www.optiontown.com platform, by logging on to your account. For refund, subject to refund rules of purchased Flight Pass, you must contact Optiontown personnel directly via email [email protected]

How to cancel your flight

  1. Visit Air Serbia’s official website.
  2. Navigate to the Air Serbia Manage Booking section.
  3. In the appropriate fields, enter the family name and the booking code.
  4. Select the flights that need to be canceled.
  5. The system will determine your refund amount by deducting the entire airfare from the Air Serbia cancellation fee.
  6. You will receive an email with a confirmation after the system confirms your submission on your registered ID.

Does Air Serbia provide transportation services for pets?

Yes, Air Serbia does provide transportation services for pets. Air Serbia accepts dogs, cats, and small birds on their flights. Pets are not allowed on flights, due to local regulations, to and from the following countries:

  • Great Britain
  • United Arab Emirates

The container may be a cage, bag, etc. and must have a ventilation net. The weight of the pet + container cannot exceed 8 kg/18lb. The containers dimensons (length x width x height) may not exceed 40x30x24cm/15x12x9in because it is placed under the seat in front of you during the flight.
