How do I change my flight?

Log into the My Reservation page with the airline’s booking reference number and the last name of the passenger.
Select the flight that you need to change. 
Click the ‘Change’ and select the new travel date/time. Please keep in mind that the new departing flight cannot be later than the return flight.
On the flight summary page, review your new flight itinerary. 
Pay the required Bahamasair change flight charges at the checkout page. When you click, the amount you’ll have to pay after making a flight change will appear.
When you receive your new travel itinerary after making a successful payment, you will need to self-check in again. 
If there is an outstanding balance on your booking, you will be denied check-in/boarding. Please double-check that all payments have been made prior to your flight.

How to get a ticket refund?

Bahamasair offers refundable and non-refundable tickets; non-refundable tickets are not repayable or returnable in any circumstances due to cancellation or no show by the passenger. In all other cases Bahamasair will submit credit card refunds to credit card issuers within seven business days of receiving a completed refund request and will refund purchases by cash, check, or other forms of payment within 20 business days.

Can I book children' or infants' tickets online?

Mothers travelling with infants or young children will be assisted in embarking, disembarking and clearance of Government formalities. Agents will assist with the hand baggage. Suitable baby strollers or carts may be provided at stations where passengers may have considerable distance to walk to/from the aircraft. Unaccompanied Minors:- The Bahamasair’s Unaccompanied Minor Service allows children in certain circumstances to travel alone on our flights.

How to book ticket for pet travel?

Cats and dogs only are acceptable as cabin pets. A maximum of two (2) pets will be allowed in the cabin on any flight. Travelers must advise at time of booking that they intend to travel with a pet to avoid exceeding the limit. Where there are no bookings, cabin pets will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Pets must be a minimum of 8 weeks old. Pet carrier dimensions should not exceed 10” x 15” x 14”.
Pet must be able to stand up, turn around and lie down in a natural position in the carrier.
The cabin pet carrier is included in the maximum number of carry-on items allowed and the fee is $75 one way. The combined maximum weight of carrier and pet must not exceed 20 pounds and only one pet is allowed per pet carrier. Each passenger is only allowed one pet carrier.
